What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is the process by which a professional life coach helps clients define what it is they desire in life to bring them balance and fulfillment. The life coach works to bring out the client's inner strengths to complete the steps necessary to reach his/her goals and optimal potential. Clients enhance the quality of their lives by focusing on the present and moving ahead in one or all aspects of their lives.

Life coaches help facilitate these changes by offering a supportive environment and the tools necessary to reach the client's desired goals. Life coaching empowers people to look inside themselves to define who they are, what they want, and challenges them to be the best they can be.
