I specialize in Self-Care and Personal Development Coaching. I work with women nurses and caregivers helping them prevent burnout, decrease stress, and make time for self-care.
Caregivers battle feelings of frustration, disappointment, anxiety, apathy, psychological fatigue, headaches, sleep disorders, and the desire to quit their jobs.
